Currently leading a portfolio of key construction and upgrade projects at Google's Hamina Hyper Scale Data Center, ensuring uncompromising standards of safety, quality, and cost-effectiveness. He takes a practical approach, helping others tackle complex projects clearly, efficiently, and collaboratively. Adrian is dedicated to teaching and mentoring, especially guiding new project managers and leaders. Expertise encompasses the full project lifecycle, from managing budgets and negotiating impactful contracts to optimizing vendor relationships and championing best practices. Holding PMP certification and an MSc in Data Center Engineering from HELHa, Belgium he possess experience of leading multicultural teams, orchestrating global projects, and consistently delivering on tight timelines, leveraging exceptional communication and information management capabilities. |
