Arriving at the Conference Centre
Welcome to the Original Sokos Hotel Tripla Conference Centre, the venue of the PMI Finland Annual Conference 2025.
We look forward to welcoming you on Thursday, October 9, 2025 in Helsinki!
🏢 Conference Reception
The conference centre reception is located on the 5th floor.
The easiest access is through the Mall of Tripla shopping centre:
- Use the escalators or the lifts next to them (both marked on-site).
- Follow the signs and look for our staff, who will guide you further.
🛗 Accessing Meeting Rooms
For most sessions: Use the 5th floor conference reception as your entry point.
For meeting rooms on the 7th floor:
- Take the hotel customer lifts located near the 4th floor hotel reception.
Electronic signage boards and staff will help direct you to the correct room.
🚗 Arriving by Car
Use the Tripla shopping centre parking garage.
Look for the red-painted lift lobby leading to the hotel.
Lifts will take you directly to the 4th or 5th floor. From there, continue to the conference floors.
💰 Parking Information
Conference guest rate: 20 € / day (cheaper than Mall of Tripla rates for stays over 3.5 hours).
Payment options:
- At the 4th floor hotel reception or the 5th floor congress reception.
Important:
- Parking is registered via license plate.
- Provide your registration number at reception before driving out.
- Otherwise, Autopay will charge the standard fee automatically.
You can:
- Collect all license numbers into one list and pay together.
- Or let each participant pay individually.
