The webinar will cover the day-to-day issues a teacher is facing, from the elementary/ primary school to bachelor's and (Finnish) master's degrees. We will also go into practical examples of the way the Finnish government has built up the education system since 2016. Is it working or not? That is for the audience to decide.
The objectives of the webinar is to help Managers understand how the freshly graduated individuals have been studying and what the level of knowledge might be when looking into the grades.
