This session offers specific insights into individual change and personal leadership development combined with some practical hints for leading other people. The focus of the session will be the human person and their starting premise that, to be a sustainably excellent manager, one has to be first an excellent individual: to achieve personal excellence, one has to know first what a human being is, what a human being needs, and what a human being aims to.
