PMI Finland Chapter continues to serve as the local platform for project, program, and portfolio management excellence. Over the past year, we have focused on bridging the gap between global PMI standards and the unique needs of chapter members. 

Our activities this year were centered on three strategic pillars: Community Engagement, Professional Development, and Digital Transformation. By integrating emerging trends, specifically the intersection of Artificial Intelligence and project management into our webinar series, we have ensured our members remain at the cutting edge of the industry. Furthermore, our volunteer ecosystem has grown, allowing us to deliver high-quality events and mentoring programs that provide tangible value to our 500 members.

Key Objectives/Deliverables

• Presenting a verified record of the chapter’s financial health, membership growth, and major milestones from the past fiscal year.
• Announcing election of new Board of Directors members results and confirming the leadership team responsible for the next strategic cycle.
• Gaining member consensus on the upcoming year’s focus areas, including AI integration, academic outreach, and sustainability goals.
• Capturing all formal motions, resolutions, and member feedback to ensure legal compliance and operational transparency.
• Recognizing the contribution of chapter volunteers to strengthen community engagement.
• Providing members with a transparent, approved account of budget utilization and resource allocation for the prior period.
