Convert Your Communication Traffic Jam into an Expectation Symphony - Copy
Description
Our obsession with speed has resulted in meeting gridlock, email overload, and communication traffic jams. Speed is valuable. Achieving it for a team requires synchronizing certain moving parts. Instead of leading with speed, yielding traffic jams, lead with synchronization, which leads to speed. You can’t create a symphony out of infinite meetings, emails, and a reinventing-the-wheel task list. To shape a communication symphony, know what is finite and organize what is finite. The synchronization skill of the team dictates the true speed of the team.
Key Objectives/Deliverables
Certain culture traits should not be sacred, such as high marginal costs, communication traffic jams, and RACI. This session teaches low marginal costs, communication symphonies, and “Dr. Rad.”
- Identify the root causes of communication traffic jams
- Understand the foundations of a communication symphony
- Knowing the transition options to lead with synchronization instead of speed
