Beyond Deliverables: Organizational Change Management as the Heart of Project Success
Description
Achieving true project success today means going beyond timelines, budgets, and scope. It’s about leading people through transformation and turning strategy into sustained change. In this session, Yuliya Zhevno will explore how Organizational Change Management acts as the beating heart of successful projects, ensuring that outcomes are adopted, embraced, and lasting.
