She also strengthens compliance in human rights, environmental standards, and ethical sales practices. Minna's experiences at Wärtsilä and UPM have shaped her strategic vision and leadership skills. Pietari is an IT management professional with more than a decade of experience from project management, portfolio management, program management and service management. At Finnair he has led multiple projects and programs, including GenAI initiatives, SaaS implementation projects, IT infrastructure projects and platform renewals. Pietari is a seasoned professional defining ways of working for project management and portfolio management practices. His toolbox is packed with agile, hybrid and traditional project management models. Pietari joins the annual conference as a panelist.

Rono is seasoned Mechanical Engineering graduate with over 24 years of experience, he has built his career in Project Planning, Implementation, Commercial and Execution Management, primarily within the Mining and Metals Industry. Currently, he serves as the Senior Director and Head of Project Management, Plant & Solution Delivery in the Minerals Business Area at Metso, Finland, where he leads global project management for all plant-related projects across the organization. Originally from India, he has been based in Finland since 2017 and has been with Metso for over 16 years. His key strengths lie in project execution, site management, contract administration, and leading diverse global teams.

Adrian, a results-oriented project leader with over 20 years of experience managing complex projects in high-stakes environments such as Hyper-Scale Data Centers, Offshore, and Maritime industries.

Adrian brings a wealth of knowledge in leading multicultural teams and successfully delivering critical infrastructure projects. He currently leads a portfolio of key construction and upgrade projects at Google’s Hamina HyperScale Data Center, where he ensures the highest standards of safety, quality, scheduling, and cost-efficiency.

He is particularly passionate about personal development and continuous improvement, believing in the power of positive teams and enjoyable work environments to drive results. One of his guiding mottos is: “Thoughts are nice but actions matter.”

Outside of work, Adrian enjoys cooking for his family and proudly calls himself a self-taught barista, a passion that conveniently fuels his daily espresso habit!
