Frank Turley is a project management author, speaker, and adviser with more than 16 years of experience in project management. Frank’s mission is to change the way the world learns and practices project management. He does this through practical PM training with P3.express, sharing training material and sample projects, and highlighting the more essential PM techniques. Frank is a regular speaker at PMI chapters on topics such as PM skills and making it easy for people to get started in project management, gain skills, and gain PM experience. He also suggests volunteering as the best way to gain these skills, as this is working for many people. Join us as Frank shares practical tips and global insights that could transform your project management approach.

Milla Ranta is a change professional, coach, and project management developer with a diverse background spanning multiple fields and sectors. She offers lean, sustainable, people-first solutions in project management development at Millainen Consulting Oy. Milla's approach integrates value-driven expertise in AI and PMO, evolving with your operations. She emphasises an end-to-end strategy prioritising customer value and well-being, positioning Millainen Consulting as a strategic partner for long-term success. Niklas Mannfolk serves as the Public Affairs and Communications Director at Huawei Finland, where he has keenly followed and contributed to the evolving tech landscape. Niklas focuses on the opportunities technology brings to enhance societies and everyday life, driving conversations on ethical AI usage and regulatory frameworks. Edward N. Lundholm, MCIOB An international construction director with experience across diverse asset classes and have worked in over 20 countries. I am fortunate to have become a data centre specialist leading delivery of complex projects across the nordics and I am a strong advocate for renewable energy use in the data centre space.

Topic: Sustainable Data Centres  - A discussion on data centre power use, energy efficiency and sustainability measures that may reduce the negative impact of building and operating additional DC capacity in the Nordics.

Taru Weckroth is a seasoned business and technology transformation leader with over two decades of experience. She specializes in M&A integration, leading complex change and technology initiatives in corporate restructuring. With deep expertise in ERP technologies, data management, and analytics, Taru is skilled in project, process, and change management. Her leadership is results-focused, emphasizing respect and clear communication. Taru's strengths include managing business-critical ERP projects, particularly with Oracle applications, and navigating international, multi-party environments. A SAFe 4.0 certified Agilist, she has a keen interest in using data and analytics to drive sustainability and social enterprise, integrating social, environmental, and financial goals into business strategies

Victor Brück has a background in HR, marketing and employer branding. His dream job as the D&I expert offers the opportunity to make Nordea become a more diverse and inclusive organisation for all employees and customers. “My goal is to create change that matters by making this a priority where everyone is needed”. He has also studied the experiences of LGBTQ+ people in the banking industry from an equitable perspective to drive more meaningful change in the industry and the society.”
