4. Review of 2023 financial statement, annual report and auditor's statement
5. Confirmation of 2023 financial statement and decision to release board members from liability
6. Review and confirmation of 2024 annual plan, budget and membership fee
7. Ratification of president and board members for 2024
8. Selection of auditors for 2024
