About The Webinar Facilitator
Patricia Alvarez Garcia has a track record of helping companies navigate change and transformation through strategic communications, change management, and culture development. With over 15 years of professional experience, Patricia has worked in various multinational companies in Finland and as an independent consultant.
She has a diverse educational background, including a bachelor’s degree in Communication Sciences with honors from ITESO University in Mexico, as an exchange student at Utrecht University in The Netherlands, and a master’s degree in Social Sciences from the University of Helsinki. She is also a Prosci® Certified Change Management Practitioner.
