2. Election of meeting chairman, secretary and inspectors of minutes 
3. Quorum & acceptance of the agenda (legality of the meeting) 
4. Review of 2022 financial statement, annual report and auditor's statement
5. Confirmation of 2022 financial statement and decision to release board members from liability
6. Review and confirmation of 2023 annual plan, budget and membership fee
7. Ratification of president and board members
8. Selection of auditors for 2023
