The PMI Finland Annual Conference 2026 will be held on Thursday, 8 October 2026 at Radisson Blu Seaside Hotel, Helsinki.
The conference will take place in Visio 1–2, a modern meeting space located on the first floor of the hotel.

Please arrive in good time to complete registration before the introduction begins.
On arrival
Please enter through the main hotel entrance and follow the event signage to the conference area.

PMI Finland staff and hotel signage will guide participants to the registration desk and conference room.
Parking
Parking is available at P-Seaside / EuroPark, the hotel parking garage.

The parking garage uses license plate recognition. Parking starts automatically when you drive in and ends when you drive out.
Conference guests can pay for parking at the hotel reception by providing their car registration number.
Parking follows EuroPark’s standard rates. There is no separate conference parking discount.
Please make sure your parking has been paid or registered before leaving the garage to avoid automatic standard charges.
Practical notes
The parking garage has a direct pedestrian route to the hotel. From the garage, follow the hotel access signs and use the lifts to reach the hotel and conference area.
The venue provides meeting facilities with standard meeting technology, Wi-Fi, and catering services.
