Description:  Wärtsilä will be presenting IT sustainability point of view and a case of implementing sustainability and a sustainability framework in a program 2023-24

Bio:

I am a seasoned IT and Business IT leader with over 20 years of experience in strategy,  change management and team leadership.

I have successfully driven transformation initiatives and managed globally diverse teams, with local work experience in Germany, Hungary, Sweden, and India.

Through my expertise in program and project management, I have established PMOs and Change Management teams from the ground up, while implementing digital solutions, risk strategies, and vendor management practices.

My certifications include Agile Product Owner, Scrum Master, and Prosci Change Practitioner. Passionate about the human side of change, I am committed to fostering high-performing teams and delivering impactful results.

In my current role as Head of Operations Development in ICT Services, I am responsible for shaping the overall team vision and strategy, while also exploring what Sustainability could look like within the IT landscape.

Bio:

Sustainability enthusiast working for both the Vaasa factory and our product group, so my work encompasses factory related projects, as well as product branding and wide collaboration across the global ABB organization. University relations and supporting local education is my passion, and my mission is to drive our business in small steps towards zero emissions
