Workshop: How To Succeed In Hybrid Projects with Rubin Jen from IIL
IIL Finland and PMI Finland Chapter invite you to an Afternoon Tea/Coffee & Learning Event
Enjoy an afternoon cup of tea/coffee and little snack, and learn with fellow Project Managers at IIL´s special & free-of-charge Workshop on:
How To Succeed In Hybrid Projects
Background
Many organizations are realizing that they can’t easily discard certain roles, processes or artifacts to adhere to a “pure” Agile implementation. Industries with heavier audit, regulatory or compliance requirements, as well as non-technology projects, are examples.
These environments require a different type of model that combines both predictive and agile practices, to leverage the “best of both worlds”. But applying a hybrid model is not straight-forward – there are many variations, with issues and challenges that must be resolved.
This workshop will address the three main areas, roles, process and documentation that are needed for a Hybrid Project to succeed.
We will discuss the challenges in these areas among the workshop participants in small groups and mutually and how to resolve them.
