Pietari is a seasoned professional defining ways of working for project management and portfolio management practices. A Mechanical Engineering graduate with over 24 years of experience in project planning, execution, commercial management, and site operations in the mining and metal industry. Based in Finland since 2018, he has been with Metso for 16 years, playing a key role in delivering complex plant projects globally. An Indian national, he brings deep expertise in project execution, site management, contract administration, and team leadership, contributing to the successful implementation of large-scale industrial projects.

Adrian is a results-driven project leader with over 20 years of experience delivering complex infrastructure projects across Hyper-Scale Data Centers, Offshore, and Maritime industries. He currently manages major construction and upgrade initiatives at Google’s Hamina HyperScale Data Center, ensuring excellence in safety, quality, timelines, and cost control. Known for leading multicultural teams, Adrian values personal growth and continuous improvement, believing that positive teams and enjoyable work environments drive success. Outside of work, he enjoys cooking for his family and indulges his passion for coffee as a self-taught barista.
